Robot Only

We come out to your home 4 times a year to change blades, check the systems and update software.

Robot Plus

Robot plus combines the leisure of an automower with custom lawn care. This program consists of 7 visits a year. 6 lawn treatments and one mower software update. Includes system checks, and blade changes.

Full Maintenance

This program includes 11 scheduled visits a year, every 3 weeks during the growing season. With this program we take care of everything; lawn health, trimming/edging, and irrigation. Irrigation is the number one reason for wire breaks. This program provides the same level of maintenance as a traditional lawn service, where you do nothing.

Fertilizer Program: Creating the New American Lawn

Our fertility program is different, we work from the soil up combing the quick results of synthetic fertilizers and long lasting results of organics. It's our goal to turn your lawn into a carbon storing powerhouse. Few organism of the planet can sequester atmospheric carbon more efficiently than high performance turf grass. With the nearly emissions free robot operating on the top of your lawn, our fertility program goes to work under your lawn to optimize its storing potential. Our program is great for ALL yards, robot or not! We service 100's of beautiful lawns in Wichita, KS that don't have robots.

Once we get a healthy foundation, the rest becomes much easier. We use carbon based fertilizers (bio char, kelp and humic acids). These carbon elements are the building block to great soil. Most fertilizers are coated in polymers (plastic) that add nothing to the soil when microbes break them down. Our fertilizers use bio-char and humins as carriers for fertilizers in conjunction with plastics. These carbon based substance create space in the soil to drive deep roots and allows for microbes to flourish. This allows your lawn to require less inputs, hold more moisture to sequester more atmospheric carbon than a regular yard and gives you better overall results.

Helps structure unpack clay soils allowing a more efficient nutrient exchange

Bio-Char

A sustainable form of fertilizer carrier produced from waste streams from the chicken and energy sector. Part of the circular economy. Bio char is green waste products heated at extremely high temperatures to create a porous carbon product that is capable of carrying fertilizer and building a more efficient soil. Bio char is actually an ancient form of fertility that has been 'accidentally' rediscovered recently. Read more about the discovery here.

Biochar is the result of heating green waste (grasses, wood chips, compost, biosolids, litters) at high temperatures in an oxygen-free environment. This reaction, known as pyrolysis, burns the lignin, carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, etc, leaving behind porous carbon structures. Higher temperature reactions with less oxygen present results in a biochar with higher porosity.

This five step program controls a wide variety of pests which could harm your trees and shrubs, such as mites, bagworms, web worms, aphids, scale, lace bugs and saw worms

For specific tree problems such as chlorosis and other nutrient deficiencies, high pressure, tree-specific insects (like dutch elm and Emerald Ash borer), we use Direct-Inject System — the only no-drill tree trunk injection method that is easy, fast, proven effective and tree-friendly.
